Ah, I don't know. Sociopathy isn't all that common, it's just that sociopaths tend to be very noticeable because of the damage they do. Most of us are flawed but basically decent people.
I hope glad Citizen of the World is right and not the depressing Guide to Life. We must have something going for us since we keep ticking along century after century no matter how insane things get sometimes
